Rachael's Review: Mine Again by Andrea Thome

Mine Again is the first book of Andrea Thome's that I've read, so I can't say if all of her characters are this beautifully crafted, or if the cast of the Sunflower Series just hits for me, but I have a feeling it's the former.

Delilah, a lawyer and self-proclaimed "rolling stone", rolls into Sunflower, Montana to cover for the town law firm while its owners are on a leave of absence. Despite her rule that she accepts the first three invitations she receives in a new place and the hospitality of Sunflower's residents; she remains closed to truly connecting with anyone on a romantic level.

Ranger is an absolute cinnamon-roll MMC. He's a farmer and a high school band director and he is down so, so bad for Delilah. This is not a man cut out for a friends with benefits situation, but that doesn't stop these two from trying.

The side characters, which are essential to any small-town story, in my opinion, were top notch. I am so excited to see who takes the spotlight in Book 2 and beyond. Speaking of which...???

Reading Mine Again was such an enjoyable experience. Andrea's writing style is one that you can really settle into and allow yourself to be immersed in the small-town vibes. This story was the perfect balance of wholesome coziness and steamy tension. It definitely belongs on the TBR of every small-town romance reader!
